Privacy Policy

ScrollFuel is provided by Pleres Technology, LLC (“Pleres Technology,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how ScrollFuel handles information.

Information ScrollFuel handles

Movement and activity history

ScrollFuel records completed activity type, repetitions or plank duration, completion time, and earned pass duration. This powers totals, history, and passes. Activity history stays on your device and is not uploaded to Pleres Technology.

Settings and Screen Time selections

ScrollFuel stores preferences such as difficulty and pass state. Apps and categories you choose are represented by Apple Screen Time tokens and stored locally in protected app-group storage. ScrollFuel does not receive your Screen Time passcode or use selections for advertising.

Camera and pose information

During an activity, ScrollFuel uses the camera to detect body landmarks and verify repetitions or plank duration. Camera frames and pose calculations are processed live on your device. ScrollFuel does not save camera frames as photos or video and does not upload them to Pleres Technology.

Purchase information

Apple processes subscription purchases. ScrollFuel and its paywall provider, Superwall, may receive purchase status and product information needed to display offers, unlock features, and restore purchases. ScrollFuel does not receive full payment-card details. Purchase history used for app functionality is not used for tracking.

Support communications

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send so we can respond.

How we use information

• Provide movement verification, passes, app protection, and activity history.
• Manage subscriptions and restore purchases.
• Maintain security, diagnose errors, provide support, and comply with law.

Tracking and advertising

ScrollFuel does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. We do not sell personal information or display third-party advertising.

Sharing

Information may be processed by providers only as needed to operate ScrollFuel, including Apple for Screen Time and purchases, and Superwall for subscription-paywall functionality. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Retention and deletion

Local app data remains until you remove the app. Apple retains purchase records according to its policies. Support messages are retained only as reasonably necessary. You may revoke Screen Time or camera access at any time in iOS Settings.

Children

ScrollFuel is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 outside the Apple services and device features described above.

Security and changes

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy and will revise the effective date for material changes.
